Panel discussion “Food Safety and Food Products – Chemical Hazard in Food”, Zagreb

At the 6th International Congress of Nutritionists, held in Zagreb on 26-28 October 2018, Assoc Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin was invited to participate in the panel discussion entitled “Food Safety and Food Products – Chemical Hazard in Food”. The Project and the activities related to the research on mycotoxin presence in Croatian traditional meat products were presented as a part of the panel discussion on food contamination with mycotoxins. The importance of further research was highlighted. The presenter took the opportunity to extend her gratitude to the Croatian Science Foundation for funding the Project.
