Invited lecture „Ochratoxin A in Traditional Meat Products from Croatian Households“

Assoc Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin presented the preliminary study results of the Project at the 21th International Conference of Food Microbiology and Food Safety (Session I – Food Safety), held on 21 – 22 March 2019 in Prague, Czechia, through the invited lecture „Ochratoxin A in traditional meat products from Croatian households“. Presentation has been awarded with “Best Presentation Award” by the Program Committee as per the Conference Awards Scheme.
