Organizational meeting of the Project – Sensory evaluation of TMPs from the first sampling phase

The organizational meeting of the Project on the implementation of sensory evaluation from the first sampling phase was held on October 16, 2019 in Pazin. The Project was presented to the members of the “GUSTUS” Sensory Analysts Association of Prosciutto and Other Dried Meat Products. This opportunity was also used for the presentation of the Project goals, planning of sensory evaluation during the second Project year, as well as getting acquainted with the work of the Panel and processing the evaluation results for the successful realization of the Project regarding the sensory evaluation of traditional meat products.
