The 12th International Scientific and Professional Conference “With Food to Health” was held during 24-25 October 2019 in Osijek. At the Conference the Project Associates presented the following investigations funded by the Croatian Science Foundation:

  • „Nutritive and sensorial quality of Istrian and Slavonian dry-fermented sausages“, by Pleadin et al., poster presentation
  • „Moulds from the surface of traditional fermented sausages produced in the Slavonia region“, by Perković et al., poster presentation (funded by CVI)
