Third round of sampling and performance of sensory analysis

During August and September 2020, third round of the Project sampling was performed, mainly from the South Croatia region. So far, a total of 91 TMP samples have been sampled.  Samples were prepared and taken into the procedures of physico-chemical analysis and mould identification. Also, third meeting for sensory evaluation of these samples was held on September 14, 2020, at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb.
