Completed mycotoxins analysis and data report for samples from the first Project period

With beginning of February 2021, analysis of mycotoxins AFB1, AFB2, AFG1, AFG2, OTA, CIT and STC of all traditional meat product samples taken in the first Project period (112 samples) are finished. Data of obtained results are analyzed and report for mycotoxins concentrations from the first Project period is made. According to plan, determination of mycotoxin CPA will be conducted in the further period.
