Brochure for meat products producers

Brochure entitled „Moulds and mycotoxins – threat to the safety of traditional meat products” was published and distributed to producers of traditional meat products to get information and recommendations on this topic. The published brochure presents the results of the occurrence of mycotoxins in traditional meat products from Croatian family farms sampled in all five regions of Croatia during the two-year period (2020-2021). The research was financed by the Croatian Science Foundation, and the publication of brochure by the Croatian Science Foundation with the support of the Croatian Veterinary Institute.
