Invited lecture „Mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products – risk of contamination, consumers exposure and preventive measures“

The 15th Conference about Food Quality and Safety was held during May 23 – 25, 2022 in Opatija, Croatia. At this Conference Project leader Full Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin presented through the invited lecture „Mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products – contamination risk, consumers exposure and preventive measures “ Project investigations and results with acknowledgement to the Croatian Science Foundation for funding the Project research. Also, brochure „Moulds and mycotoxins – threat to the safety of traditional meat products” for meat products producers was presented to producers as part of this lecture and then distributed to all meat producers as well as interested experts and scientists on this Congress.
