Project PhD Student Tina Lešić defended her doctoral thesis
Tina Lešić, mag. ing. biotechn., Project PhD student and employee of Laboratory for analytical chemistry from Croatian Veterinary Institute defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Development of multimycotoxin LC-MS/MS method and molecular identification of mould produces of citrinin, cyclopiazonic acid and sterigmatocystin in Croatian traditional meat products” obtaining the degree of Doctor of Science. Thesis was defended at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, on June 1, 2022. The doctoral study and research were funded by the Croatian Science Foundation with support of Croatian Veterinary Institute under the mentorship of Project leader prof. dr. sc. Jelka Pleadin.
