Research results presented at „4th Croatian food safety risk assessment conference with international participation and celebration of World food safety day“

The 4^th Croatian food safety risk assessment conference with international participation was held in Osijek, Croatia, during 6-7 June, 2022. On this Conference Project associate PhD Brigita Hengl presented study „Mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products – consumer exposure assessment“ through oral presentation with acknowledgement to the Croatian Science Foundation for funding the subject research.
