Research results presented at „4th Croatian food safety risk assessment conference with international participation and celebration of World food safety day“
The 4th Croatian food safety risk assessment conference with international participation was held in Osijek, Croatia, during 6-7 June, 2022. On this Conference Project associate PhD Brigita Hengl presented study „Mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products – consumer exposure assessment“ through oral presentation with acknowledgement to the Croatian Science Foundation for funding the subject research.
