Invited lecture „Toxicogenic Moulds and Mycotoxins in Traditional Dry-Cured Meat Products“
The FOODTECHMEET2022 Conference International Meet on Food Science and Technology was held during August 18 – 20, 2022 in Edinburgh, Scotland. At this Conference Project leader Full Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin through 30 min invited lecture presented research results of authors Jelka Pleadin, Tina Lešić, Manuela Zadravec, Ana Vulić and Nada Vahčić, within the title „Toxicogenic Moulds and Mycotoxins in Traditional Dry-Cured Meat Products“. Investigations were performed during this Project and the authors are grateful to the Croatian Science Foundation for research funding.
