Poster presentation “Consumers exposure to ochratoxin A from traditional meat products in Croatia”

The Conference FoodMicro2022-Next Generation Challenges in Food Microbiology was held in Athens, Greece, from August 28 to 31, 2022. At the Conference, study of the group of authors: Hengl B., Vahčić N., Lešić T. and Pleadin J. entitled: “Consumers exposure to ochratoxin A from traditional meat products in Croatia” was presented. After several years brake, the Conference was held as a hybrid event, which included personal participation, but also followed as an online event. At the Conference, 105 works were presented through oral presentations and 326 works as poster presentations; and total of 546 participants of which 396 were present in person, and 150 participated virtually. The exposure of  consumers to ochratoxin A was monitored as a part of four-year Croatian Science Foundation project entitled “Mycotoxins in traditional Croatian meat products: molecular identification of mycotoxin-producing molds and consumer exposure assessment” (No. IP-2018-01-9017).
