Invited lectures at the Conference „Power of Fungi and Mycotoxins in the Midst of Climate Change“

The Conference „Power of Fungi and Mycotoxins in the Midst of Climate Change“ was held during September 16 – 17 2022, at University North in Koprivnica, Croatia. Investigations which results were obtained through this Project were presented at this Conference by the members of the Project team through 20 minutes invited lectures, under the following titles:

• Distribution of mycotoxigenic moulds in different Croatian climate regions and their ability for mycotoxins production (PhD Manuela Zadravec)
• The impact of seasonal weather variation on mycotoxins occurrence in fermented meat products (Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin)
