Invited lecture at the „19th International Conference Ružička Days“
The 19th International Conference Ružička Days – Today Science-Tomorrow Industry was held during the period September 21-23, 2022 in Vukovar, Croatia. At this Conference Project leader Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin presented data obtained during whole Project period about conditions which influence on the occurrence of mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products through the invited lecture within the title „Conditions influencing mycotoxin contamination of Croatian traditional meat products“. At the same Conference results were also presented through the poster with title „Contamination of Croatian traditional meat products with ochratoxin A and it’s mould producers in relation to regional weather“, by Lešić, T. et al.
