Presentation of the Project results in a documentary scientific TV show Scientific circles

On October 11^th 2022, the presentation of the Project results was published in a documentary scientific TV show Scientific circles at HRT2. On that occasion, Project manager Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin and Project associate PhD Manuela Zadravec presented the most important research results of this Project. The importance of the performed research about moulds and mycotoxins in Croatian traditional meat products and publication of brochure for producers of traditional meat products was emphasized with acknowledgement to the Croatian Science Foundation for financing research in that area.
