Lecture at the Conference„Veterinarski dani 2022“

The International Conference „Veterinarski dani 2022“ was held during the period October 20-23, 2022 in Poreč, Croatia. At this Conference Project leader Prof PhD Jelka Pleadin presented data about conditions which influence on the occurrence of mycotoxins in meat products through the lecture within the title “Mycotoxins in meat products – consumer exposure and public health significance”. The lecture lasted 20 minutes and an overview of knowledge about various factors influencing the occurrence of mycotoxins in meat products and impact of physico-chemical conditions in connection with production technology that influence or favor the formation of mycotoxins in meat products, were given.
