Sensory evaluation of the last group of traditional meat products

On 14 October 2020, a sensory evaluation of the last group of traditional meat products was performed at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. Thus, during the second project year, a total of 112 samples of meat products originating from households located in all five regions of Croatia were sensory evaluated.

Last sampling round from the first Project period

Last round of sampling from the first Project period was performed during September and begining of October 2020, mainly from North Croatian region. During the first Project period in total 112 of TMP samples have been sampled. Samples were homogenised and taken into analytical procedures.
